I wanted to join an Operational Graduate Scheme and the opportunity to rotate around different departments across the business, the prospect of in-depth training on offer as well as continuous self-development, set bet365 apart from other schemes. During the rotational element of the scheme, you are given an insight into other areas of the business that really allows you to see the bigger picture and also build your network with other departments.
