Who we are looking for
A creative individual with a passion for design. This is a unique role that covers the fields of UI/UX design, interaction design, web design and graphic design.

The Web Design team is responsible for the user experience and implementation of new features, as well as continually enhancing our existing products. Our team is the custodian of our brand and carefully considers all design decisions with both the user and business requirements in mind.

We look for people with a passion for the principles of design including layout, typography, imagery and brand consistency. Day to day you will explore different avenues to determine the best design solutions, adjusting at every stage.

You will be working alongside talented designers developing highfidelity interfaces that are accessed by millions of users. Working with the Head of Design, you will help to shape our products by producing innovative designs and prototypes keeping the Company at the forefront of the industry.
Preferred skills and experience
Background education in User Interface design or commercial experience in Web Design.
Strong visual portfolio.
Experience of using Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator and Principle or similar.
Basic knowledge of front end languages like HTML, CSS.
Main Responsibilities
Collaborating on design concepts with fellow designers.
Delivering high quality UI solutions that work effectively across screen sizes and device types.
Refining your work based on feedback from the Head of Design and other stakeholders.
Using design to promote a better design experience at every opportunity and seeking out ways to improve the journeys for our customers.
Producing designs which clearly articulate every scenario.
Creating rich prototypes to demonstrate user flows and interactions.
Reviewing and restructuring content on areas being designed.
Communicating the thinking behind your designs effectively and welcoming any challenges to your decisions.
Embracing changing requirements and leading visual change, while reacting positively and passionately about delivery of quality UX/UI solutions.
Attending design walkthroughs and presenting visual specifications to other teams within the business.
