Junior IT Asset Coordinator

Who we are looking for

A Junior IT Asset Coordinator who will maintain the storage locations for our end user equipment.

Working within the wider IT asset team, you will be responsible for ensuring all End User Technology (EUT) IT assets are stored in the correct locations and accounted for within our IT systems.

As part of our joiners, movers and leavers processes, you will ensure all equipment is correctly tracked at the point of issue and when returned, by updating relevant systems accurately.

You will undertake both daily and weekly stock checks, alongside monitoring the movement of equipment between multiple locations.

Working with various IT service teams across the Business, you will ensure IT asset management processes for EUT are followed, ensuring that all assets are correctly tracked.

This role will involve regular travel to our site in Manchester to perform the same duties.
