Pablo's Story

The main purpose of my role is to be one of the brand guardians for bet365. This means ensuring all communications reflect our values and that we communicate in a professional way, to ensure we always show up as a trusted brand.

I'd say we are passionate about treating our customers fairly. We are always developing new and exciting products to enhance the customer experience and keep us competitive. Internally we focus on creating an inclusive culture where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute.

The culture here instils passion by valuing my contributions and encouraging open communication. I feel valued for what I do and say. There is a feeling of openness that allows me to express ideas and suggestions, even when they may be outside of the norm. This encourages confidence and enables me to take initiative and explore innovative ideas without judgement.

What I enjoy most is the feeling that every day is a new day with brand new opportunities, and the possibility to learn new things to expand my knowledge and skills. It keeps my work engaging and fulfilling.

For me the environment is all about teamwork, inclusion and being honest with each other. These things empower me to be the best I can be as I feel supported by my colleagues. The team brings out the best in me.

Our collaborative spirit and our proactive mindset set us apart. The way teams interact with each other, and how people make things happen without making a big fuss about "oh we can't do this, we can't do that". Everybody is happy to get involved and give it a go. Instead of focusing on what can't be done, everyone is eager to explore new ideas and make things happen.
