Work across different teams
This programme provides an overview of how gambling works, from price and risk management to settling our customers' bets. You’ll spend 3 months in each of these trading teams:
Studio
Control Desk
Trading
Your remaining 3 months will be spent refining your skills within the team of your choice to further prepare for your future career.
Studio
Starting with our Studio team, you’ll learn about the management of live content, scheduling, and live streaming. This section of the programme will teach you about how we plan, manage and tailor our site content for different regions across the globe.
UK Control Desk
Your next 3 months will provide you with in-depth knowledge of our UK Control Desk. You’ll learn how they support Global Trading in Malta and all about the behind-the-scenes work involved in offering such a broad range of sports and markets.
Trading
The following 3 months will be dedicated to building a solid foundation of trading knowledge. You will focus on areas such as odds compilation, pre-game and in-play trading monitoring, probabilities, betting margins and how to add the various markets to the global sportsbook.
The right team for you
After 9 months of working with us, you’ll complete a placement. This is designed to refine your skills in a trading area that aligns with your long-term development.
