They are responsible for maintaining and optimising the core of our technology platforms, enabling efficient operations, which is fundamental to our growth.

This department provide IT services and technology to all our offices and staff worldwide. This includes end-user technology and devices, telephony solutions and meeting room solutions, along with the applications that our employees use on a day-to-day basis.

The team ensures accurate recording of all assets, from hardware to software. And the Vendor Management team work across technology to ensure we negotiate great commercial deals and manage the renewal of our key contracts as they require. The teams work mainly from the Stoke and Manchester locations but also extend to our office locations across the globe, including Brazil, Colombia, Darwin, Denver, Gibraltar, Malta, New Jersey and Sydney.
