About the academy

This academy is a rotational programme spending 26 weeks in IT Service Desk and 26 weeks in IT Support.

These teams sit within IT Services who are accountable for the provision of digital services for our employees and customer-facing products across all our locations. As an academy engineer, you'll join a fast-paced, adaptable team who provide a high-class, Never Ordinary service to the business.

IT Service Desk

This team ensures that all colleagues have the hardware and software required to perform their roles and support the business. You'll learn how to take ownership of incidents from start to finish and escalate them where necessary.

IT Support

This department is responsible for resolving 2nd line incidents and providing technology equipment to colleagues. They take ownership of escalations from the IT Service Desk and, where necessary, manage the escalation into 3rd line teams. This team is vital to the delivery of the technology services.
