Who we are looking for
A Senior Project Coordinator who will take the lead on work items, delivering in line with the department’s processes and delivery lifecycle.

The Project and Programme Delivery department is responsible for planning, executing and delivering technology change to our platform by taking an idea and navigating it through requirement, design, build, test, implementation and into IT operations.

Working within the Gaming portfolio, you will have significant engagement with 3rd parties for Gaming integrations and the operational team in Malta to coordinate product test activity.

This role will provide you with opportunities to demonstrate and enhance the core competencies required to become an experienced member of the department. You will be given the chance to utilise your previous delivery experience while also learning the essentials of project delivery and deputising for Project Managers.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.
Preferred skills and experience
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and provide direction confidently, effectively and clearly to engage people and build strong relationships.
Excellent attention to detail.
Proactivity with excellent organisational skills.
Flexible approach to work with a focus on delivery to deadlines and high standards.
Ability to work both on your own and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritise as required.
Keen to contribute and recommend ideas and improvements to raise the profile of the department.
Good knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office, training for Microsoft Project will be provided if required.
Resilience and ability to articulate how you deal with pressure, setbacks and approach to work with commitment, motivation and energy.
Desire and willingness to proactively learn new skills and essential competencies required to become a leader and delivery professional.

Main Responsibilities
Building efficient end to end delivery plans with multiple technical teams, operational teams and third parties.
Supporting Project Managers deputising if required.
Defining and agreeing the delivery approach to be taken with the delivery stakeholders and Project Portfolio Manager.
Working with technical leads and management based in Stoke-on-Trent, Manchester or Sofia to build work packages and book resource.
Engaging with third parties for gaming intergrations and the operational team in Malta to co-ordinate product test activity.
Monitoring and tracking progress against delivery phases, milestones and deliverables while reporting against the status on a regular basis.
Ensuring risks and issues are managed effectively from identification through to closure.
Establishing yourself as a core member of the team and building relationships with stakeholders in order to gain their confidence in your ability to deliver.
Gaining a technical understanding and appreciation of the platform and the underpinning technology to improve your technical delivery skills.
Ensuring that key assumptions and decisions are recorded and validated.
