Who we are looking for
A Microsoft 365 Product Specialist to work closely with technical leads and support teams to drive, develop, integrate and support our use of Microsoft Azure and M365 platforms and products.

You will be a subject matter expert, responsible for positioning, activating, integrating and supporting the Microsoft platforms, taking our Company to the next level of the cloud computing journey and beyond. You will aid in leading the technical adoption and acceleration of the products, bringing ideas, creating opportunities and providing usage scenarios to drive advantage and efficiency.

You will work with our partners and other teams to extend the reach of your team, focusing on satisfying customer needs. This role is a vital connection and orchestration point for a variety of technical resources, orchestrating complex solutions with internal and external partners for multiple Microsoft products and services. 

As a Product Specialist you will have the chance to develop in a very broad role including product expertise, user collaboration, effectiveness, and technology expertise.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.
Preferred skills and experience
Demonstrable experience as a Product Specialist with knowledge of cloud based technologies, specifically Microsoft Azure and M365 collaboration platforms and products, including, but not limited to, MS Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online and MS Office.
Proven experience of consistently meeting or exceeding delivery targets with a focus on problem solving.
Significant experience of issues surrounding cloud governance, deployment, management, security and integration of technologies and solutions.
Understanding of emerging computing trends and an ability to map these to business drivers.
Stakeholder management and ability to collaborate with people from different disciplines.
Strong communication skills with ability to articulate key messages clearly and explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
Self-motivation; always looking to learn and improve own skills and competencies.
Adaptive to change in a fast-changing technology environment
Ability to give and receive feedback while being open to ideas.
Results oriented; committed to quality of product and service.

Main Responsibilities
Assisting in shaping current and future adoption of the Azure and M365 platforms and products.
Ensuring the appropriate processes, management and control measures are in place and adopted in support of the platforms and products.
Identifying and diagnosing technical blockers and respective solution opportunities, ensuring quality solutions are implemented.  
Driving the development and integration of the MS Teams platform across the organisation.
Supporting and leading technical and business responses.
Liaising with the technology and business teams where required, regarding prioritisation of adopting the Microsoft technologies.
Driving continuous improvement.
Updating all stakeholders regularly.
Analysing and understanding trends with support issues and incidents, particularly in the case where the total number of outstanding issues are increasing.
Managing and prioritising support work actively as defined.
