Optimising or using an effective standard delivery methodology, processes and tools used in the end to end delivery and transformation of enterprise technology and services.
Reviewing processes and methods to identify and remediate inefficiencies as part of continual service improvements ensuring Infrastructure Delivery remain effective at providing quality solutions and transformation packages.
Responding to delivery challenges, understanding trade offs and making impacts visible ensuring stakeholders are updated with the right information to drive the correct decisions.
Establishing and managing effective data collection and reporting tools, techniques and standards used to provide accurate and meaningful MI data to influence and assist in decision making at all levels.
Managing briefing sessions including MI data and reports to provide visibility on performance, resourcing and critical path interdependencies within the roadmap.
Overseeing the preparation of artefacts such as specifications, commercial appraisals, resource and delivery plans.
Supporting the Team Leaders by building report structures and rationalising key metrics to measure team performance as well as using information gathered to target areas that need improvement.
Supporting the teams in overcoming delivery challenges, navigating delays and resource constraints and assisting with forward planning early in the delivery lifecycle to allow teams to forecast and plan for upcoming work.
