Liaising with other departments to ensure timely resolution of cases and ensuring that our customers and stakeholders are kept informed of progress.
Managing third party suppliers to SLAs and forming excellent working relationships to leverage the best service.
Overseeing testing and deployment of software or application patches and upgrades to ensure compliance, security and support levels are maintained.
Taking responsibility for the platform on which the tools and applications are served including on premise, SaaS and cloud-based solutions.
Ensuring uptime and availability of all ERP solutions working across Technology teams and with relevant vendors.
