Who we are looking for
A Customer Service Advisor with the desire to help, support and provide resolutions to our customers; making well-informed decisions and working in a fast paced customer focused team.

Our dynamic contact center presents you with betting, payment, verification, login and general account inquires. With our customers contacting via telephone, Live Chat and email, you will play a fundamental part in their experience.

Sport and betting knowledge is not essential as our comprehensive training plan assists with your development, ensuring you reach your full potential to succeed in your bet365 career. There is an abundance of support to develop you as an Advisor, as we truly believe that staff development is key to your success whilst delivering excellent customer service.

Due to the busy sporting calendar all year round, this position is offered on a full time basis requiring a flexible approach to working hours between 07:00 and 23:00, working any five out of seven days per week, including evenings and federal holidays. Assisting our American customer base with their queries.
Providing a first-time resolution to customer queries.
Using internal tools to assist and take ownership of customer queries.
Looking to resolve customer complaints.
Liaising with internal departments.
Escalating queries where necessary.
Investigating issues thoroughly.
Promoting responsible gaming.
Promoting awareness of policies, procedures and licensing requirements.

Our first office in the United States opened in 2019 housing teams dedicated to looking after our American customers. We now occupy office space capable of accommodating over 200 members of staff.
Our location
  • New Jersey is also known as the ‘Garden State’, which was used as the title for the 2004 movie based and filmed in New Jersey.
  • The office is easy to access with Route 73 and Route 70 going through the area. Additionally, the New Jersey Turnpike and I-295 have nearby exits.
  • The Six Flags Great Adventure Theme Park, Philadelphia Eagles stadium and Philadelphia Phillies stadium are just some of the nearby attractions.
