Who we are looking for
A Product Analyst to join our multi-disciplined Software Development team, working alongside Developers and Testers to enhance our product offering.

You will be responsible for producing technical specifications and will be instrumental in shaping the requirements of future products within the team.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders within the wider business to fully understand their requirements, creating technical documentation with an understanding of the business objectives and the technological capabilities within the team.

You will also be responsible for producing and maintaining technical documentation for the ongoing enhancements of our existing product suite. This currently includes applications critical for the running of departments such as Fraud and Risk, Customer Due Diligence, Responsible Gambling and a range of Customer Service teams.

This is a challenging and fast-paced environment and you should be experienced and comfortable communicating with technical and non-technical people alike.
Preferred skills and experience
Commercial experience as a Product or Business Analyst.
Experience writing technical documentation.
Ability to understand technical vernacular and accurately communicate to non-technical staff.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple streams of work simultaneously, switching context regularly.
Ability to react well to rapidly changing requirements with a positive attitude.
Self-motivation with a strong drive to succeed.
Experience of working with a development team and receptive to feedback.
Ability to retain and recall information swiftly and accurately.

Main Responsibilities
Writing technical specification documents to a high standard.
Gaining a detailed understanding of the current product suite in order to provide valuable insight and guidance to the team, and to the wider business.
Producing and maintaining post release documentation and change capture.
Integrating into the development function, in order to provide a link between the wider business and their requirements.
Ensuring that requirements from the business are accurate and complete. With an understanding of the feasibility of the software and products to communicate accurately to all parties.
