I wanted to join an Operational Graduate Scheme and the opportunity to rotate around different departments across the business, the prospect of in-depth training on offer as well as continuous self-development, set bet365 apart from other schemes. The scheme encourages you to succeed by providing the tools and skills necessary to adapt to new situations at every stage of your career. During the rotational element of the scheme, you are given an insight into other areas of the business that really allows you to see the bigger picture and also build your network with other departments.
