Producing all technical documentation associated with each platform and service such as HLD, LLDs and TDGs.
Providing 3rd line escalation to support all incidents and problem tickets while managing BAU service requests into the team.
Recording configuration standards and processes, as well as creating training material and quick guides.
Maintaining and updating of all core builds, while also implementing updates and changes of applications.
Creating reports, patch management and building images for distribution over a global network.
Testing and deployment of any packaged application.
Managing and supporting all end user technology platforms including Deployment, Security, Device Management and Application Packaging.
Training, mentoring and providing support to other team members.
