Who we are looking for
A Junior Service Desk Engineer to join an enthusiastic team that supports users across the business.

You will join a fast paced, adaptable team who provide a first class service to the business. As this is an entry level position, you will be given all the help you need to develop your technical knowledge whilst working on tickets and supporting end user issues through to resolution.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and focused person who is knowledgeable, has an eye for detail and a genuine interest in all things technology and software related.

The day to day work is interesting, challenging and fast paced amidst a hardworking and delivery focused Company ethos.

Main Responsibilities
Handling phone calls and emails with ability to action promptly, providing the best possible service to the business.
Logging tickets for incidents or requests that are reported.
Ensuring that 1st line incidents are resolved quickly and efficiently.
Investigating and promptly escalating 2nd line incidents where required.
Managing open incidents, working with 2nd and 3rd line teams to gain the fastest resolution based on incident service level agreements.
Providing remote support and fixes.
Providing administrative support to ensure systems are maintained and escalating any resulting issues.
Maintaining and administering user accounts, ensuring users only have access to what they require in order to fulfil their roles.
