Who we are looking for

A Waste Operative to join the waste management team to support the continued expansion of the operation.

Ideal candidates will be hardworking and driven individuals. You will be required to work in teams or alone covering the external grounds and locations of the business.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, any 5 days from 7. Shifts will include working days and weekends on a rota basis.

Preferred skills and experience

Valid driving license.
Ability to work well within a team.
Basic IT skills.
Awareness of COSHH.
Excellent communication skills.
High attention to detail.
Previous experience is preferred but not essential.

Main Responsibilities

Cleaning and maintaining various external locations to a high standard.
Emptying bins, litter picking, sweeping and gardening.
Reporting to the supervisor who will allocate tasks on a daily, weekly and monthly schedule.
