A Senior Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our Facilities team to maintain and develop our property portfolio undertaking both reactive planned work.

Supervisor experience working within a 24/7, large and complex engineering environment is essential along with preferable experience of data centre engineering services and critical systems. You would be required to have a hands-on approach to all electrical system maintenance, compliance, testing and installation activities on equipment including; low voltage distribution systems, switchgear, generators, transfer switches and UPS.

You will also have the ability to display a working knowledge of fire systems, fire suppression, CCTV, security systems and lighting controls.

Experience in supervision and control of contractor site works, including health and safety requirements and implementing a safe system of work is required. Supervision of a CAFM system for completion of preventive maintenance and reactive work tasks is essential.

Successful applicants must be able to undertake shift work, whilst supporting the department’s on-call rota, which will include responding to equipment issues. Therefore, application of good fault finding skills and communication is essential.
