Who we are looking for
An Operations Technical Support Advisor who will form part of a team that play an important part in product change, whilst working together at all levels to provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.

The Operations Technical Support department is responsible for the critical testing of all day to day releases to our products and services. In addition to this you will offer 2nd line support for technical issues which affect our customers or have an impact on operational teams.

An 8 week training program will provide you with all the background technical knowledge you will need to perform the role, after which you will receive ongoing training and development to ensure you continue to progress within the Company.

This position is offered on a full time basis requiring a flexible approach to working hours, working any five days from seven.

Main Responsibilities
Carrying out proactive testing to ensure products are working as expected, with an increased focus in this area at peak business times.
Completing reactive testing to replicate customer issues and determine the variables impacted.
Investigating, identifying and documenting customer and operational issues raised as a result of customer contact or in house testing.
Providing excellent service by resolving customer’s technical issues affecting all of our products and services.
