Who we are looking for
A Sub Editor that will be responsible for writing compelling copy to support global, multi-channel marketing campaigns for the Sports product.

You will be involved in planning the global marketing schedule for the Sports product and creating the content that will support each campaign. You will be motivated and organised as you take responsibility for managing your time in order to meet predefined deadlines.
Preferred skills and experience
High standard of written English and understanding of marketing principles.
Strong sporting knowledge, preferably covering multiple sports.
Keen eye for detail and ability to work quickly and accurately to meet tight deadlines.
Ability to adapt to changing requirements at short notice.
Self-motivated with exceptional organisation, communication and time management skills as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in writing engaging customer communications.
Strong knowledge of the industry with relevant experience particularly beneficial.

Main Responsibilities
Writing copy to fit various media according to an agreed brief.
Implementing changes to previously run campaigns based on analytical feedback.
Reviewing and adapting content to tailor to specific markets and countries.
Liaising with various internal departments to ensure all promotional content is delivered on time and meets agreed briefs.
Presenting ideas, including rationale, for promotional content and campaigns to management.
