A Service Quality Team Leader who will be managing a team of Test Analysts responsible for facilitating the review and validation of changes prior to being introduced onto our IT Services platforms.

We are looking for someone to help build a Service Quality function within IT Services to ensure that changes released onto the platform have a defined mechanism to facilitate a robust and reliable delivery.

This is a non-technical role, but a background in testing is essential. You will be assisting the Application Systems Manager and IT Technical Services Manager in the successful delivery of technical change, coordinating the efforts of the service quality team with those of the IT Services engineering and development teams.

People will be the key focus of your role. You will remain close to the changes being validated and work closely with Test Analysts to ensure that the quality of testing being produced by the team is completed to a high standard. A bespoke testing approach and appropriate tooling will be determined by the type of change being released, which could be config, code or hardware based.
