A Marketing Delivery Executive who will be responsible for managing marketing campaigns for a variety of bet365’s products across international markets, working closely with the brand and marketing teams to meet overall marketing objectives.
The Global Marketing Delivery team is based in the Gibraltar office, working alongside key marketing functions to coordinate the delivery of strategic marketing campaigns across its Sportsbook and Gaming products. The team consists of a number of Executives and Coordinators, led by the Head of Marketing Delivery, reporting into the CMOO who sets the core objectives for the department.
We are looking for an organised and driven individual with a passion for marketing and managing projects; many of these are initiated via new opportunities or a general business need to continue to evolve the way the marketing operations works. Introducing new technology, launching into new territories, supporting new partnerships, launching new products or changes to regulations in our industry.
A global and a localised approach is required, you will work closely with brand and digital channel leads to gather requirements via effective planning processes through to execution of marketing campaigns.
You will have strong knowledge of digital marketing, either academically or through work experience, and be able to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred skills and experience
- Digital Marketing Experience within a previous role.
- Relevant experience of building positive working relationships and influencing others.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team is essential.
- Effective time management skills with an ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment.
- Project management experience.
- Experience of working with project management tools (such as Monday.com)
- Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills.
What you will do
- Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns across allocated territories and strategic partnerships.
- Working closely with key stakeholders to ensure they are kept up to date with project progress and required actions, whilst managing team expectations.
- Providing regular status updates to marketing channel teams to discuss campaign deliverables.
- Ensuring project timelines are kept up to date as the project progresses.
- Managing a calendar based view of your marketing plans with clear deliverables and associated task owners.
- Working closely with the brand, channel and delivery teams to ensure projects achieve required objectives.
- Produce reports to demonstrate the measurable impact of campaigns.
- Working with Marketing Delivery Coordinators to improve processes between all marketing team channels.
- Keeping informed of latest offers / product updates and ensure factored into campaign plans.
