A CRM Country Lead who will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of Sports CRM initiatives in the Brazilian market, with a focus on delivering actionable insights to enhance future campaigns and elevate the customer experience.

You will report directly to the CRM Manager (Sports) and work closely with senior management to help drive both short- and long-term goals for the department.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can work independently while maintaining a collaborative, team-oriented approach. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability when faced with changing priorities.

This is the perfect opportunity for a self-starter who is comfortable with analysing data and learning complex systems. You will have passion for sports, combined with a deep understanding of customer lifecycles and the types of promotions that resonate with our audience.
Preferred skills and experience
  • Extensive CRM experience in a senior role or within CX/Marketing.
  • Excellent knowledge of CRM systems (CDPs/CEPs), Project Management and Business Intelligence Platforms.
  • Passion for popular sports in Brazil and understanding of effective CX strategies for sports customers.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Outstanding analytical skills; using data and customer insights to drive results.
  • Strong knowledge of the iGaming industry; understanding of the main competitors, as well as experience in managing CRM and promotions across Gaming or Sportsbook.
  • Proven track record of delivering growth through promotion and retention strategies.
  • Experience in planning, project management, execution and evaluation against target metrics.
  • Results-driven with a commitment to testing, re-evaluating, and optimising strategies.
  • A strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements, coupled with a commitment to upholding company values and advertising standards in all CRM activities.
  • Strong communicator and influencing skills with proven track-record of driving through winning recommendations.

  • Developing and implementing tailored CRM and promotional strategies aligned with company values and vision.
  • Guiding and training CRM Coordinators in executing campaign initiatives effectively.
  • Ensuring compliance and quality of campaigns before launch.
  • Leading internal communications and coordination among stakeholders for campaign execution.
  • Establishing and monitoring KPIs to gauge campaign success and enhance customer experiences.
  • Managing bonus budgets and engagement KPIs for territories based on data-driven insights.
  • Analysing customer data and behaviour to optimize future campaigns.
  • Presenting comprehensive reports and insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Advocating for efficient use of Customer Data and Execution Platforms.
  • Conducting competitor research to improve customer communication strategies.
