Design & Publishing+

The Design and Publishing team is responsible for designing, creating and building engaging, unique content for bet365's Casino, Games, Poker and Bingo sites. Using bespoke Content Management Systems - and working closely with key stakeholders across the business - this team is at the forefront of helping to maintain bet365's rapid growth and success.

Sports Content+

The Sports Content department plays an integral role in promoting bet365's fantastic sports promotions, including writing, producing and distributing all of the exclusive customer marketing materials. In addition, they also build, maintain and update the market leading Sports Extra site.

International Content+

As a global market leader with a site available in more than 200 different countries and 18 languages. The International Content department is at the heart of bet365's success. The team plays a pivotal role in ensuring all customers across the world receive the same rich experience no matter where they are, or which language they are viewing any of its fantastic sites in.

Marketing And Affiliates+

bet365's Affiliate programme has been recognised as the best in the business. At the iGaming Business Affiliate Awards 2012, bet365 won Best Overall Affiliate Programme and Best Overall Affiliate Manager, following on from similar success at the 2011 ceremony. Multi-Lingual Customer Services+

This team has the sole responsibility of maintaining and growing relationships with some of bet365's most important customers. They work closely with individual account holders and provide a customer experience which is second-to-none in the industry.

Fraud and Risk Management+

The Fraud and Risk Management team provides an invaluable service to bet365, ensuring all customers can enjoy a safe and reliable site. They will raise issues concerning suspicious behaviour and have the power to suspend accounts, in order to undertake in-depth investigations into any matters they believe could provide a possible risk.

Payments And Verification+

The Payments and Verification departments play an important role in ensuring customer information is compliant with all rules and regulations. They closely monitor customer information and data to certify age and identity, as well as making sure there are no risks of fraudulent activity. This team can work closely with Fraud and Risk Management if any issues arise.

Human Resources+

The Human Resources team has a direct and constant relationship with existing employees, as well as having the first interactions with new employees. Training Department+
